To select the best quality journal, we individually evaluate the article. On its basis, a list of more than 200 potential journals is determined by the subject area, scientometric indicators, and publication dynamics. After an extensive analysis, one priority journal and several alternative journals are selected.
A specialized department of experts is involved in the process of evaluating scientific publications. If in their analysis they evaluate a journal as unreliable or of poor quality, notice signs of predatory activity, artificial increase in scientometric indicators, or signs of a clone or duplicate edition, then the option of publishing in such a journal is not considered under any circumstances.
